  Your application is complete when we have received:

•     A completed enrollment form for each child

•    A non-refundable registration fee for each child

•     (checks made payable to: Little FOLC’s Preschool)  

  Your enrollment is complete when we have received:

•   Completed medical form

•  Emergency Health and Accident forms

•     Student Information Form

Your completed forms and first month’s tuition must be received on or prior to your child(ren)’s first day of school.
